Inaccurate Time Estimates

Gaps in lines in the Preview window

Description

The Total time estimated is very far off the actual run times of your projects.

Solution

Time estimates in the Preview window are based off values in the Additional Settings tab of the Device Settings window.

Users with GRBL-based or Ruida controllers can use the Read From Controller button to sync these settings with your laser's internal settings, providing much more accurate time estimates without manual adjustment.

Otherwise, you can manually adjust the settings until they produce more accurate results.
